Materialmix in Schwarz / Mixing Materials in Black

Ich hatte meiner Mutter schon vor einer Weile versprochen, ihr ein Perlenarmband in schwarz zu machen. Vor lauter Spinnen und Katzen und sonstigem bin ich aber in der letzten Zeit irgendwie nicht dazu gekommen. Letzte Woche gab es dann allerdings einen großen Motivationsschub: Der Pralinenclub lieferte die "Vorkasse-Bezahlung" für das Armband:

A while ago I promised my mother that I'd make her a bracelet in black. But with all the spinning and caring for the cats and more, I just didn't get around to it. Then last week I got a surge in motivation: The Club of Pralines delivered the "prepayment" for the bracelet:


Dann ging es natürlich schnell :-) Diesmal habe ich mich sogar an ein Paar Ohrringe gewagt, und als meine Mutter gestern zu Besuch war, wurde die Ware ausgeliefert:

Of course, that speeded things up :-) This time I even tried a pair of earrings, and when my mother visited yesterday, the goods were delivered:

Das Armband lässt sich auch als Kette tragen, jenachdem, wie es gerade passt. Und da wir uns nicht entscheiden konnten, ob es als Armband oder Kette schöner aussieht, werde ich demnächst wohl noch ein Teil nachliefern :-)

The bracelet can also be worn as a necklace, whichever is suitable. And since we couldn't decide whether it looks better as a bracelet or a necklace, I'll probably have to do a subsequent delivery :-)

Ach ja, und die Bezahlung?
