Why didn't anyone tell me this is so much fun? For the past week, this shawl pretty much ate my life. And after a little trial and error (switched needle sizes, changed the pattern several times) it went ahead at a brisk pace. Which I know is an illusion, because the rows are shortest in the beginning, and will get much slower towards the end.
But anyway, at the moment it's still exciting and fascinating and lots of fun. By now I've already reached the second colour and pattern and am fascinated by how different the patterns appear even though they are pretty similar on paper.
Aber genug geredet:
But enough talk:

Mein aktueller Stand.
That's where I am right now.
Noch ein paar Detailfotos:
Have some close-ups:

Ist das nicht toll? Ich liebe Spitzen-stricken :-)
Isn't it amazing? I love lace-knitting :-)
